Really can you cite this?

Only father/mother and grandfather/mother to son/daughter grandson/daughter. Also husband and wife and give eachother handguns without transfering through an FFL.
That is it.

If you are right, then why are you asking us about transfering a firearm to your 18 year old brother?

18 Pa. C. S. §6111 (C)
Duty of other persons.-Any person who is not a licensed importer, manufacturer or dealer and who desires to sell or transfer a firearm to another unlicensed person shall do so only upon the place of business of a licensed importer, manufacturer, dealer or county sher¬iff's office, the latter of whom shall follow the procedure set forth in this section as if he were the seller of the firearm. The provisions of this section shall not apply to transfers between spouses or to transfers between a parent and child or to transfers between grandparent and grandchild.

Hmm I don't see the part about transfer between siblings...maybe because it's illegal.

I'm unsure honestly. From what I understand the parents can give to the children, but I don't know if the child can give to the parent.

Either way, if it was proven that the elder son, intentionally gave his father a handgun, under the agreement that it would be given to the 18 year old son, you'd be in a heap of trouble of the above is not legal.
