Remember to shoot your broadheads also. They will shoot different than your field tips.

Yep. Figured that out. Lost 3 arrows this week already and broke another. Dredly, thanks for the info and I will move the pins down 2mro and see what happens. How much drop can expect from an arrow over distance? I was thinking of sighting in the pins for 20-30-40yds. But what about the in between shots, will 2 or 3 yards really make a difference?

you'll see a point of impact change but its not going to be a big difference... you will notice a big difference at the 5 yard mark.

the speed of the bow will make a difference in the arrow drop.

OK so heres another question. If my target is 24 yds away what pin do I use and how do I aim? High or Low?

With a properly tuned and set up bow, point of impact should be the same.

What I use to do was step back 2 yds shoot your 20 yd pin and see how low you are, then repeat again another 2 yds, you don't want to be anymore than 3-4 inches low. I used a 20yd pin also and was able to shoot 24-25yds, I hit about 3 inches low at 25yds, anything further 25-28yds I'd hold my pin just above center body, this worked for me.

Best thing to do is practice differant distances with a 20yd pin, say 22-25yds and you will find out the maximum distance that pin will allow you to shoot before changing your aiming point.
