Default Any future for hunting on sundays?

I was told by someone, who heard from someone (everyone knows how this usually turns out), that they are in the process of allowing hunting on sundays. Does anyone know facts either way about this issue?

possible, but I doubt it. I am not sure if poaching is WAY up in this bad economy and I believe this will be a record year in active hunting participants, the herd is really going to get thinned.

It will take alot of pressure for us to get hunting on sundays, i hope it does as i have been one of the biggest voice's in favor of it, but i doubt they are working on it, it has come up a bunch of times and the good ole boys just keep shutting it down, the game commission in P.A. doest give 2 shits about you or you hunting privlidges, they see us as an inconveinience to them and would rathjer we just shut up and go away.

there has been "talks" of it and "bills introduced" every year for a long time. White Feather probably has them all as well as the current stuff that is trying to be pushed through.

will it ever happen? I think so as there are seasons that are open on sundays. A lot will depend upon what kind of deer population remains after the next few hunting seasons...

You right its up to us, but the fact of the matter is we need to get rid of the archaic fossils that are ruining the game commission even more then it has been,
the old saying help the game commission wipe out whitetails is still true, in this day and age.

it's sad, I see way less herd in my parts now. There are still deer of course, but I recall having to brake/stop for one or more almost daily....now, it's an infrequent thing and group sizes are smaller, especially taken in local microscales.

If the same people make that decision are the same ones that banned the import of hedgehogs into PA because "It would cause harm to the pork industry" (hedgehogs are rodents....... not hogs), then I doubt it.

Same people who say a semi auto, even limited to 3 rounds, will cause us all to run into the woods with AKs and just shoot up the place.

People who believe we will never have Sunday hunting are the same people who believed we would never have an open doe season, would never have concurrent buck and doe seasons, etc, etc, etc...

off with sundays head!

Prohibition on sunday hunting means my hunting partner will only have saturdays to go hunting because he works morning shift 5 days a week.
