Apparently it goes up. Thanks Gander215. I bought a Diamond by Bowtech at Cabelas a week or so ago. No hunting this year due to school. But getting lots of practice for next year.

If you bought the diamond package and it came with a whisker biscuit, the cock vain goes up. WB's have stiffer black bristles at the bottom which a vane is not meant to go through.
