Seems like somebody on Pocono PC just asked about him. What kind of weapon are you looking to have worked?

Stopped in a few days ago to meet him. Chuck Lutz worked at Dunklebergers. Most experience seems to be with Rifles.
He has a lot of work from Dunklebergers now as well as from other dealers. Nice guy and will give straight answer. No idea as to quality of work or turnaround. |

I took in a rifle that I couldn't get to function properly. He seems like a pretty good guy. Not only did he fix the problem he also inspected the entire gun and found another small problem that needing addressing that I didn't know about. The pricing seems very respectable and the turn around time is pretty good. I'm a satisfied customer.

He once had a shop in Southampton, Bucks County where I was a regular customer He is a very nice guy and has always done quality work for me. I had heard a few months ago that he was in business again up in the Poconos but didn't know where.

Chuck is, also, a master woodworker who does really beautiful restoration work on old firearms; and, yes, most of these are rifles. Personally, I wouldn't let anyone else in the Poconos touch one of my guns. ('Guns' as in rifle or pistol)

I bought a used Kimber of Oregon 82 last weekend, and I could not figure out how to remove the bolt. When I called Kimber of America, the company directed me to Chuck Lutz. I spoke to him on the phone this past Wednesday, and he took the time to describe what to do. He offered to walk me through over the phone if I had additional problems.
