Has anyone purchased, and/or gone through the AGI (American Gunsmithing Institute) gunsmithing program? Is it worth the money? I just sent for the "free one hour lesson intro" and I wonder if it is a worthwhile investment or a hoax? The literature, which they sent along with the video and "FREE GIFT", reads more like a commercial, or a cheap sales pitch, than the sound, straight forward information which I was looking for.
I would really like to know, how much does an actual school cost? Is this "AGI" the real deal? Is it worth the money? Or, is a classroom the only way to learn how to be a knowledgable, competent gunsmith? I have posted a similar thread, in the 'question and answer' area, about getting into gunsmithing and I haven't had much activity for responses or advice. |
