Need AR gunsmith help near West Chester

I'm a complete newbie when it comes to building AR's. I have an upper and a new barrel, but have no vice, no receiver block etc. Anybody know a nice smith that would help me just with mounting the barrel for cheap? Or anybody local who has the tools maybe ?

There's usually a guy at VF Gun Show who has a pretty big spot and he assembles ARs "while you wait". I do not know if he assembles only what he sells, but for a fee I'm guessing he'll help you out. Hopefully someone who knows that guy's name will chime in. VF Gun Show is this weekend.

What type of handguards do you plan on putting on your upper? If you want a FF handguard, it's pretty simple to do with a DPMS wrench, which I have...I live in Pottstown. PM me if you need help.

do you just need the barrel mounted to the upper reciever? Is the chamber already done? gas block installed?

I am in Chalfont Pa. just west of Doylestown. My shop is small and takes no walk in traffic so you would need to call first.
I am willing to asemble your upper while you watch. It is a business and I charge but I'm very willing to share info on how to assemble these guns.

thanks for all the replies. i got help today and the barrel is mounted, and I finished out the rest of the upper. nearly complete now!
