Default Always protect your chops!

I took a quick picture of whats for dinner tonight. I was in the mood for some basic breaded pork chops and veggies - hold the carbs.

Of course the chops needed some protection, so my P239 SAS with CT's got the call

Now that you have shown us dinner, we expect to see all the next meals for a week. Along with their appropriate escorts.

No rub, just double breaded (I know - it's bad for you, but they taste soooooo good )

I dip them in a egg and milk wash, season them with pepper, paprika, and garlic powder, then coat them in Italian bread crumbs. After that, I dip them in the egg and milk again, then coat them a second time in the bread crumbs. Fry them in hot canola oil and you are good to go.

I usually make mashed potatoes with them but I didn't feel like peeling potatoes tonight.
