Default New grips for the PT1911

Oh yeah! What else can I say?

They are Raasco Charcoal Silvertone half checkered with the main spring housing pin covered! The color is a little off in the pics due to lighting, they have more of a gray tone in person...

Thanks...I'll get some better pics in natural lighting soon. The incandescents make too much glare and tint the true color.

How do you like the Raascos? I've been thinking about getting a pair for my PT1911DT in the Cocobolo Macassar and had a couple questions on them.

Did you have to request that they leave the main spring pin area covered?

Are those the ones cut specifically for the PT 1911s?

Thanks, they look great by the way.

I love them! I did have to request the MSH pin to be covered...just make a not on the order form and they'll take care of it. There was no price difference for the custom request. My set is specifically for the PT1911, I didn't have to do any modifying to get them to fit. The fit and craftsmanship is perfect!

I highly recommend Raasco Grips!

Cool, thanks for the info man.

They do look nice! I think I'll be ordering a set soon then.

I do miss the finger grooves from my Pachmayers...I might add a Pearce grip module and see how it feels with custom grip panels. They look bad ass too!

I really liked the Pachmayr grips you had before.

Still got them...I just felt like changing it up a bit!

Gratuitous B&W shot:
