Default Steyr collection

I finally received my Steyr SBS Tactical...I put a Nikon 2.5x10 Mildot scope on her.

Steyr M40 that was hard chromed by Tripp Research. I also have an M9, but it's just a stocked pistol.

Gorgeous rifle Aubie, have you been out to the range with it yet? Let me know how it shoots, I really can't wait to hear about it.

Hard Chrome only took around 10 days...well worth the money...as it is the toughest finish available.

I havent' taken it out because I don't like the rings that came with the rifle...I want to get rings that have 4 screws to hold the rings in place. I bought a new set of bases for it today. I will be posting my DPMS I just got back.

Bill,

www.trippresearch.com I paid $95 for the slide and small parts + $15 for shipping. You do not need to detail strip the slide...they will take care of it for you. I wanted HC for a long time...and I finally got off my butt and sent it in...I was surprised how "dull" the finish was...I was expecting a lot of bling...thank goodness it wasn't that shiny. My HK USP45c is more shiny than the Steyr. BTW that's actually my M40...the M9 is still "tactical."
