New SIG (lots of pics)

Here is my new acquisition from yesterday (well, one of them).

I picked this up from fellow member reels18 in the classified section.

It is a Sig Sauer P220 .45 ACP with the Crimson Trace laser grips installed. It is the same gun as pennsyplinker bought when I got my Para. It has the short trigger and the SRT, short reset trigger and a nice beavertail. Thanks to him letting me shoot his, I had to jump on this when I got the chance. THANK YOU BILL!

We met at Seneca Arms to do the transfer. John was really busy, as usual, but it went very quickly. He always seems to move things along no matter how busy it is.

They didn't do that much for me either until I got to shoot PennsyPlinkers. After that, I knew I wanted one. Lucky for me, the exact same one came up in the classified section. You know what they say......the Lord works in mysterious ways!!!

Congrats on your Sig, I have a P220 Carry and I love everything about it. Now I need the full length like yours and a Compact or SAS!

As long as I can get to the range and confirm that it is in good working order.

The only way you will be able to tell me and Pennsy apart now will be that my Sig has the laser grips.

And I was just about to congratulate you too! Where did that negative rep button get to?

Nice gun Mikey, but I suspect you knew I would say that. I am looking forward to shooting it, so I can see if it is worth springing for the CT grips. I sure hope the sight isn't bent!

I will happily refinish your deck in exchange for the p220. Heck I will even re-stain the bottom of the boards. Think about it, its a great deal.
