Sweet new Garands and I'm a fan of the Commie GF too.

When you got your CMP Garand, did it come with at least 1 clip? They should have my order in hand by now. I mailed all my stuff on Monday. I've been trying to order some of that Greek 30-06 but every time I try faxing my West Short Sportsmen's membership card, they claim they cannot read it. I have lightened it up to where it should be legible but they don't seem to get it right. I am hoping that once they get the Garand order, they will have that copy on file and get things fixed for me.

Hawk had that same problem. Not sure how he worked it out. I think he may have scanned and emailed his card.

Once they get your rifle order and you are in the system, you will be good to go.

Yes, one clip, a chamber flag and an operators manual(basic, better stuff on the internet).
I ordered the Greek ammo also, it was $238.00 plus shipping for 980? rounds allready in clips.

These are better than a savings account. When do you think they would ever be worth less than what you paid? Money in saving losses value everyday with inflation.

Thank you.. I just found this on their FAQ section

"What comes with the M1 rifle?
The rifle does come with a Safety Manual, Certificate of Authenticity suitable for framing, and a clip"

I'm waiting until they put me in the system from the order. I got tired of dealing with the faxing of the membership card. I could easily take a digital picture of it and e-mail it to them but I can wait.

LOL Yep, it's a legit "clip" that feeds a mag. I hear guys refer to the "clip" in their Glock all the time.
