File appropriate paperwork with he ATF, pay $5 stamp tax. It'll come back in about 5 months as approved. Engrave the flashlight with serial # and owner information and build it.

Or find a local SOT gunsmith that will build it. He will then transfer it to you on a $5 tax stamp from the ATF.

AOWs are still $200 to make $5 to transfer.

For those that may be interested in getting into the NFA world "armament services international ltd" lists that they have both the 410 version and the 380 mini mag. They also have a MAC stinger 22lr AOW. More info here. http://www.autoweapons.com/products/othergoodstuff.html
