Got a new silent-making toy this week. AAC 7.62SD I have to put the adapter on my SAR8 still.

Obviously the suppressor kills the recoil, and hides the flash, but from what I read they do nothing to the bang unless you use subsonic ammo so do you think it's still worth going to the trouble to have?
