thespider is my best friend from school and still is.

Well, it's true. D-FENS is my gun mentor, but never MADE me get a gun. My wife does not like the fact that I own a gun, even though she grew up on a farm with a hunting family. My family is just a bunch of liberal weenies. I'm not really sure the reasons why, but this isn't the thread to discuss that. Anyway, here is my other new toy and the main reason for purchasing the gun, my son Brodie:

Rugers are great. I've got the P89-same thing, just aluminum instead of polymer. Funny, my gun purchases didn't predate the birth of my son by much. Good lookin gun and good lookin kid. Two reasons to be proud (not necessarily in that order!)
