They were supposed to send me a lower/upper for T&E and never did, I sent them our FFL and everything...weird.

So to me, thats $112 each plus sales tax and whatever the pics charge is at your local FFL.

You'd probably run into issues doing that without an FFL. I'm sure the ATF sees a private long gun resale or two quite differently from selling a slew of lowers immediately after purchase.
