A reorder is possible, but there would have to be some sort of probability than an entire run could be sold (200 to 300 patches) again, and now that most people who wanted them have gotten them, I'm not sure the additional demand would be there.

But I'd certainly be willing to lay out the money and continue the shipping effort if the additional demand proved to be viable.

As far as the ZRT lettering patch that's been requested, I just don't think there would be enough demand to justify a run... and anything less than 200 to 300 would probably not be cost-effective. I don't think anyone would be willing to pay $6 or $7 dollars for a plain black rectangle with ZRT in white, and a short run of 50 or so would entail having to charge that much.

Sucks I missed out on the patches.

Have you thought about finding someone you know who can do the embroidering at home instead of looking for a company to do the ZRT lettering patch? If I was still on friendly terms with my grandmother I'd ask her to whip out a bunch. Some of those sewing machines are basically CNC machining tools with a sewing machine in place of the mill or lathe. A simple ZRT would take a few minutes or so. Anybody have a family member or friend with the embroidering capabilities?
