Range in French Creek State Park
in Birdsboro, Pa. Did anyone of you guys ever shoot at the range in the park? If so what can type of gun you shoot?

Anything that will go bang. 3 round limit though.
EDIT:: There's a really old guy who comes sometimes and shoot a .95 caliber cannon disguised as a rifle. I kid you not. Search the forums for it.

Does anyone know if the Pistol range is still open at French creek? I have not been there in a few years and I remember reading it was closed for a few weeks in the Spring.

I havent been there since my little adventure with the assault rifle kids in mid summer...Couldn't tell ya much about the range anymore. I used to frequent the range pretty often, til that happened. Also I found a range much closer to me for 20 bucks a year! And it is a really nice range. Cocalico sportsmens association....They have a pretty nice range and it is DIRT cheap. No indoor facilities for shooting though.
Check them out if you are in the area!
