Default Looking towards my next purchase..WHICH ONE THOUGH?

Looking at a 40 in S W.. one of these three..

Beretta 96fs..I'm captivated by the way this one looks.
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...ducts_id/30866

Taurus 101ss
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...ducts_id/30866

Or the cz 40p
http://www.budsgunshop.com/catalog/p...ducts_id/11847

Have never shot any of them..I've shot glocks in a 40 s w.. they are too Boxy for me. I lIke the way the Beretta looks. The thing that i noticed, they all have the same type Trigger. They have a long pull?

ANY comments would be appreciated.....

I kinda have a fancy for the CZ myself.. Which is what I'd chose given the 3 choices.

I agree with knights choice, but you really need to shoot them before you you buy. At the very least, go into a gun shop and fondle and hold them a bit and see how they fit your hand. Good luck....ya have 3 good guns there to choose from.

Of the three, I would go with the Taurus. It is nearly identical to the Beretta but the safety lever is mounted on the frame where it belongs. I have long despised the safety lever of the Beretta (and others) on the slide. As for the CZ, I am not a fan of the slide in frame arrangement.

I have the 96 in .40 and like it a lot. It's a great looking gun that performs flawlessly. Shoot them if you can but you can't go wrong with the Beretta in my opinion.

Me personally, my first choice would be the Beretta followed by the CZ.

I have a PT99 and fidn that when I'm shooting, sometimes my hand or thumb engages the safety by accident.

I have a CZ P-01 which is the 9mm version of the 40P I believe. Very nice gun.

I've been lusting after CZs as of late. I shot SixShooter's p-01 in 9mm so did my girlfriend. We both really liked it. Even for the size it is the recoil is really smooth it seemed and not as snappy as other handguns that size.

On the other had I've never shot one in 40 so I can't attest to that. Still with how nice the grip felt Id pick the CZ. That said go and hold them. See what feels better.
