Default A-Zoom snap caps

Any reviews of these? Are they good to practice with? Seems like it would be good to practice reloading in my house, plus it would give me some practice with the trigger, etc. Anyone used these? Do they hurt the gun? I have a .357 revolver.

I've got some for my .357 and they work well. I bought them to practice using a speed loader. There's no reason they should harm your pistol.

I have some in .45, .308 and .380

They are fantastic.

Thanks. I am probably going to get some. My wife is nervous to shoot it, so this way I can teach her to load it and let her take practice shots at home to get her comfortable if she goes to the range.

I use A-zoom snapcaps as well, they're great. Just for the record, striker fired pistols firing pins aren't damaged the way that traditional 1911's and other "hammer" pistols are from dry firing. But yes, I would recommend them in a revolver for dry firing. As billy870m9 stated, I load up a few randomly in my magazines so that I know if I'm flinching and so I can practice clearing rounds.

They are a great product. Used the way they are described in the thread the snap caps can get you safer and a better shooter.

Best regards,
chalmitch
