Citizen's Arrest in PA
Does anyone know the particulars for making a citizen's arrest in PA? I have heard so many stories, but I'd like to know the facts in case this would ever pop up as an option in a real life scenario while carrying a concealed weapon...can you arrest someone at gunpoint? Can you detain? Etc...

I think that's just a myth personally. But I believe if you have a gun pointed at someone and tell them to sit down while the police are on their way, and they listen, it's more of the criminal wanting to live than his feeling he is being arrested...
