If I recall correctly, the leader Lougotzz referred to will be someone who is loved by nearly EVERYONE. Therefore, I'd say that ruled "Bush" out as a contender for "ruling" over the end-times a LONG time ago!

I pretty much agree. I wouldn't give him a cookie, but I like to reward positive behavior. A cop acting as this one did is something I'd like to encourage others to do (and encourage this one to continue)...but I probably wouldn't go overboard and throw him a party or anything.
