Today marks one week since the "interview with employee and review of cctv footage". I was told I would receive a follow up call once the investigator/owner/human resources/whoever arrived at a conclusion and what they intended to do about it.

Obviously, I have not received any calls, thus no update in the thread.

I'll be making a call in just a few minutes.

To human resources or the investigator, not sure which just yet.

ETA: Investigator said it's basically a word vs word situation.
The employee's admitted to speaking the way they did, I'm sure though, they didnt divulge everything.
Unfortunately there is no audio, but the case has been handed over to HR.
Waiting to hear on them.

The denial was by way of their actions, physical demeanor and audible degrading comments of white people as I approached the counter.
