Default Re: Extra Insurance on your toys??

I both have my car and rental insurance with a firearms rider (with specific dollar amount of gun collection) through Erie Insurance. They automatically cover the first $5,000 worth of firearms, and you must pay for more coverage than that. I switched over to them a couple years ago to save money on car insurance (which I saved over 60%!) and ended up adding rental insurance and firearms insurance since it saved me a ton of money over the rental and NRA insurance I had. I haven't had a claim with them yet (firearms, rental, or car), so I can't comment on claims service.
