Default Firearms Transfer

I need to get a firearm transferred. Can anyone recommend a place in the Allegheny/Washington county area that can transfer it for a reasonable price. Gander wants $75 and another local shop charges $40. I was hoping for something a little less expensive.

Thanks in advance.

If I lived in Washington I'd go to Gun Runner in Canonsburg. He is at the intersection of 980 and 519
