1. Starbucks are popping up within Starbucks. There could be one right around the corner from his office.

Sounds like you need to rethink your approach to workplace fringes. How can you have a successful practice without a premium coffee service? Amateur Flywheel, Shyster & Flywheel there... Ya need to look at Google or Abercrombie for some "corporate culture"-enablers.
