Sorry, I worded the question dumb. My apartment is in PA the hotel was in OH. My second post was supposed to be a hypothetical question. If someone wanted to carry concealed in a hotel room they paid for or on private property with landowners permission without a ccw, could they legally?

If he is a such a good friend, that you would lend him a gun that could potentially make you liable for anything, then why not just lend him the money to buy one for himself? Im sure you can find a gun thats "better than nothing" for below a few hundred bucks.

Because I have a gun just for shooting on weekends and I don't have $200 to loan. However it is his responsibility to protect his family and if he feels it's important enough then he should get his own rather than me risking my own ass.
