Anyone know anything about the Ellwood City gunshw 10/10?

This was one of the flyers handed out at the Wash Cty gunshow a couple weekends ago... Has anyone been to a show here:

10/10 and 10/11 9AM-5PM

Wayne Twp Firehall, on Rt65 "at bottom of Mile Hill"

Adm is $4.00, tables are $25.00

This show is in competition with the "new" show in Monroeville during same time. But I wonder that if this show is an "established" show, and so maybe it will be a better show to attend than the "new" show in Monroeville??

Anyone have any ideas as to which one to go to for those of us that can only spare the time for one or the other? (And NO - have no relationship with ANY gunshow or sponsers of same.)

Something else; scuttle-butt is that the Monroeville show will be monthly, and alternating between the Greensburg PGCA shows. Maybe another reason to pass on Monroeville this time around?

Ellwood City is small, and pretty far from Pittsburgh. I live out that way, so I might be able to make it, but we have guests in, this weekend, so it's questionable. I've never been to this show, before.

You should go, since it appears to be so poorly attended, and provide a report!

I was strongly considering the Ellwood show - sometimes the small shows can turn up some interesting piece that you might otherwise never see. But...

The "new" Monroeville show was just advertised in a TV commercial and claims 1200 tables, but get this; a voice-over that says to the effect "celebrate the 2nd amendment" and later, "buy and sell guns while you still can".

I'll take the bigger show in the hopes I find that fake .22LR "Kar98" or Polish 8mm Mauser I'm after.

Just saw that commercial too. I think it's ridiculous that they state the "buy and sell guns while you still can" line. Can't make it this time, will definitely go to a later one.

It's a definate over-the-top line - but in today's climate, the "loop hole" is all the Bloombergians can cling to as the root of all evils, and the fear is enough to get folks off their asses and to the shows.
We may not see another Klintonian ban - but betcherasss we will continue to see legislation aimed at closing the loophole. And now they have the juice to get it passed.

Just like PA counted on casinos to save us Pennsyltuckians; NYC, CHI, LA, and all the other socially re-engineered shitt-pits of the DNA challenged Dem voting block - are counting on such a law to immediately stop teen gangbangers from shooting each other.

It is on rt. 65 north of Ellwood heading to New Castle. I think it is in the Wayn Twp. VFD. Cant miss it. About a mile out of town past the ball feilds and before you head up the hill. Hope it helps. I have not been there.
