Default tragic mass-murder in my town (georgia)

so I live in south GA, pretty quiet town called Brunswick, we have thousands of cops(literally we have a FLETC here) population is about 70k county wide

last friday we have 2 murders, a robbery of a person in their neighborhood. and a robbery of a pizza hut employee at closing.

today i went out of town to meet my father(it was his Bday) we went to Savannah GA(sure some of you have been) well on the way home i stopped in darien at a place we have on the river to pick up my carbine.

i get a call from my mom and she tells me 7 more people have been killed today and that 2 more are in critical condition. this is truly unbelievable, i have been carrying for a little over a year(i witnessed a murder of a 13year old ) and decided i need to get a permit to carry, this is just another reminder of the need for everyone to be armed. im not sure if i know anyone who was killed, and my deepest condolences go out to the families of the victims

Seven people were killed and two others were critically injured at a Brunswick, Ga., trailer park in what local police are calling the worst mass slaying they have ever seen.

Glynn County Police Department Chief of Police, Matthew J. Doering speaks about the mobile home at New Hope Mobile Home Park in Brunswick, Ga where seven people were found slain Saturday morning Aug. 29, 2009. Police said that the home is located on a historic plantation in southeastern Georgia.

Early Saturday investigators found the nine victims at a mobile home near the center of the New Hope Plantation trailer park. Police have yet to release many details in the case, including how the victims died or if any suspects are being questioned in the case.
"It's not a scene that I would want anybody to see," Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering told reporters. .......................
