Default Feedback from any Glock 30 owners ?

Thinking of picking up a Glock 30 to put as my primary CC gun, and wanted some feeback from anyone who has experience with them.

I'm not completely ignorant to Glocks, I had a 19 for years that I sold because (no joke) a guy offered me $75 more dollars than I originally paid for it. At any rate, I currently carry a Taurus MilPro 45, and love it, but I'd like to move back to a Glock for EDC, and I especially like the LaserMax guide rod laser (except the price, lol)

So with that, any comments (good and bad) would be appreicated.

Thanks,
Brandon

Good pistol overall but not for everyone. The grip on it really dug into my webbing between my thumb and forefinger. The width of the grip feels much wider and bulkier than other pistols I've owned.

Very reliable, combat accurate, limited magazine capacty compared to other pistols in its size range (unless newer, larger cap mags have been released for it in the past 3.5 years), not as easy to conceal as some other pistols in its range. These are some of the pros and cons in my opinion.

Mine would jam on 185 grain target loads but that's the only problem I ever had with it.

I prefer the 30 SF to the standard 30. One of the softer shooting .45s on the market. One of the more accurate pistols I've owned. Same size as your 19 was but a bit thicker and holds 10+1 and can accomodate G21 mags. I'd mention reliable but that's almost a given. It's a Glock
The only con is my dad borrowed mine and I don't think he's giving it back!

I think I'm sold on the G30. It's probably the most accurate gun Glock makes. It's a little broad but it's a great carry gun and dependable as any thing I own. I've never has a FTF on any of the 3 I own.

First - G30 with 13 round magazine with TLR-2
Second - Standard G30
Third - G30SF

First handgun I bought, and first one I carried with my PA LTCF. Totally reliable after years of shooting. A little thick for IWB carry, but more compact in length / height than my G19, so I think as easy or easier to conceal in a shoulder holster or OWB. Very accurate. I've never had to spend a dime on "aftermarket" anything or "custom work". The grip extensions on the mags are about the only thing I recommend. I'd like to replace it with a 30SF or a 21SF in the future.

Maybe we can get together and you can try mine out. I picked it up about a year ago. I have not had any issues with it.

This was the first gun I bought, with carrying in mind. This is surprisingly concealable, and shoots great. It is very accurate, has 10+1 mag capacity which is impressive for a concealable .45, and I have never had a single problem with mine.

I highly recommend the Glock 30...

Dumb question- what's "SF" mean ? .

I tried Googling it, but the customer's site I'm at blocks anything having to do with "weapons" Don't ask me why...I'm not even sure myself.
