Never seen an OC'er
I have made this comment over in the Ohio CC forum. I have never seen someone OC'ing. How many of you have?

I saw one a few months back....but their jacket (yes that far back) was cover most of the sidearm...

Not at the range or PAFOA events, non-LEO's/armed security I've seen four or five.

i seen one in Slatington 1 time 6 years ago that was last time i saw someone OC.

I saw two guys. One happened to forget his coat, so that is an iffy whether he is really an OC'er or not. And the other guy I saw at work. I never got a chance to talk with him.
