fslflint has a spectacular aura aboutfslflint has a spectacular aura about
Default my Smith and Wesson carry piece

started life as a police trade in gun. from my initial inspection it looked to be holstered allot and fired VERY little. rifling was pristine and all othere normal wear was almost negligble except holster markings. so I snatched this sweet DAO s&w up for under $250

here is what it looked like before

then I got to it with a full action job, trigger job and dehorn. then some kg gunkote that has since been stripped in favor of a bead blasted finnish. oh yeah, and a rear sight notch

I will be adding some decent wood grips to finish it out.

He did all this with a file. Anybody that knows Zach knows that he carries a file in his pocket so he can modify things.

Look's nice, I definatly like the "drhorned" look MUCH better than the OEM finish and design. Great job!
