3000, and over half are cops, fireman and health service of the 27,000??
No, no, no!! This is scare tactics. How about giving me 30 days and I would bet I could find 3000 job holders in the city that need to be dumped for real! Fairmount park workers, gone, anyone working for a City council person, gone. Then I would cut half of city council positions. Nutters staff, half of them, gone. What else could we cut?

Well im not happy about getting trash service cut but on the other hand getting rid of these overpaid union city workers,I could care less Hopefully this will make NUT JOB a 1 term mayor , maybe city council should take a pay cut too

Weren't they just protesting at city hall a few weeks ago about why their taxes are going to go up? They keep voting in this crooks! Quote:

Not that the city couldn't loose that many jobs and nobody would notice. But it always seems that the cuts are aimed at those that pay the taxes and not at those that get the free lunches.
I have to agree that it's scare tactics. Not one cut in the waste of government. What a waste of air! (Nutter, I mean)
