Default Q's about letting my friend shooting my guns...

Me and my friend aren't sure about this.

My friend would like to meet up with me to do some shooting but we were kinda wondering if theirs any law or what not about this. Currently he has an work visa to work here and in process for his green card.

I don't think there would be any problem but he mite think so. Of course i would be present with him at the rang.

thanks
mike

If he is not prohibited from possession (18Pa.C.S.6105) he is not prohibited from shooting your firearms. Particularly when you are in possession of same. At a range, with you, he is using them but they are in your possession.
As for aliens, per fed law, he must be a resident alien in order to "possess". (same residence for 90 days and not prohibited by criminal offenses) but I do not know if that would matter for a range trip in which you retain possession.

A strong woman who stood up for what she believed in and in the process brought so many of us together even closer. We will use what we learned from you in continuing to contribute to the cause. Farewell my friend.
