Worries? More like highly angers. She likes the Cruikshank decision and has used it in her rulings. If someone is a judge or a lawyer and likes Cruikshank not only are they wrong but they are an inherently evil person. Evil. As in cannibal evil. Not leftist, not afraid of guns, not simply having an alternative viewpoint, but evil.

I disagree about that; yes she does replace anti-gun judge, but to what extent? I believe the case here is, the judge she may replace probably would have agreed that the Second Amendment is an individual fundamental right(Heller Case) and would have abided by that decision, where as Sotomayor without a doubt would say this isn't an individual right and has stated this time and time again. In Sotomayor’s mind the Second Amendment is the right of the Federal Government and doesn't extend to the people as an individual right. Heck she's only fifty, Sotomayor could possibly sit for 25 years and could affect a great deal of cases that came before her. That in itself is huge with regards to Second Amendment cases she would hear over her term on the Supreme Court. I believe we shouldn't look past her thinking she’s just replacing an anti-gun judge, Sotomayor is very dangerous to the health and welfare of our Second Amendment Rights in this country and should not get the nod for the Supreme Court. I will continue to send out emails urging my Senators to vote NO in confirming her nomination for the Supreme Court.

yes i agree she is dangerous for gun owners cuz she harnesses alot of power sitting in the Federal Supreme Court of the United States, she has unlimited power till she retires ,so in the long run she will hurt the rights of gun owners. all we can do is file appeals and protest. We the people always will have a large influence on the Govt. we should be the ones to vote her out of the seat and who should be in the seat just like we voted for the president.
