As far as I know, .gif speeds are different on every computer.
Try saving the picture and opening it in quicktime or another photo program.

its kind of wierd, when i first got into the AR i spent tons of dough on mods and accessories but always went back to original configuration. maybe i am just boring but i like them plain jane anymore
