Default Hit the range today

I hit the range today. This range is just a rife range. Several 25 yd stations and maybe ten more 100 yd stations.

There was people at the 25 yd benches and several at the 100yd. I squeezed myself into the 100yd as I was shooting my 308.

At one point the guy from the 25yd section comes over and ask if it would be ok to go around the bench and shoot closer to the 25 yd target. I and another guy speak up and say no. The guy ask why? We explain that 1. He would get in trouble if a game officer showed up. 2. we were shooting at the 100yd targets and that it were possible he could get into the line of fire.

He didn't seem to get it but said he would stay behind the bench.

It was also nice to see a guy teaching his kid to shoot a .22 rifle. Even though he had him stationed at a 100 yd station, with open sights. Grand ma and grand pa was also there, to watch.
