Default XD 45 Fixed Sights

I am new here to this forum and just purchased an XD .45. I bought it with fixed sights and now am thinking about night sights. How easy is it to replace the fixed sights with night sights and what tool would I use. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I hear the XDs in particular are extremely hard to do. It is recommended you take it to a person familiar with the platform.

They are very hard to get moving....

Please check out....

They offer free installation for some of their sites. Just send them the slide and they will install them. I believe they are located in the south, possibly georgia.
