Am I the only one thinking about this?
If they exist, they're probably locked up in Federal prisons by now.
If you want to find the PA Militia just look in the mirror ;)
Blacks Law Dictionary has militia defined as either the organized state militia or a hasty militia comprised of any and all able bodied men who own firearms.
Now if you are asking about a different kind of 'militia' Colorado style then its a sure bet that an alphabet LEO group has them locked up by now.
Militias were shot down in the court of public opinion in the 90's (OK city)
Now, they usurp with impunity and no resistance..
All pre-orchestrated plan if you ask me. "They" are smarter than we assume and have thought all this out YEARS ago...
This has been discussed here before.
Someone will soon post a link to the "PA militia" site.
You ain't gonna like it though, because, as I understand it, they take their orders from Ed Rendell.
Take a look around.. ...the Pennsylvania Militia is you, me, Joe Smo down on the corner, your neighbors, your family, every able bodied person in PA.
Now, if you want some official "militia" - there is none in PA. There is however an organization that is trying to fill the role of an organized militia/state guard but is legally just another non-profit charitable organization. http://www.pasmr.org/ However, they do NOT play with or train with guns and are NOT armed at all. They dont take orders from our Governor, because they are not an official/real sanctioned state reserve or guard. They are just a club of volunteers that try to help out, but like any person can be called up by the Governor or President for militia duties. ...with their training, they do tend to get called up first.
I was hoping for organization - communication. I guess the need for that has been very little until now?
Would I be wrong to try and organize at least a way for those who feel strongly about this to communicate?
Would it be wrong for those who know how to use a weapon, teach those who do not, but want to help.
Would it be wrong, to discuss safety and plan to use the skills and time of those in the group to protect us?
I would be willing to organize an information hub. A web site maybe - with log in. Maybe not, maybe that would create a list of "trouble makers"
I want to and am willing to do this. But is this needed, or will it help?
Big77 it sounds like everything you want is on this site?
