CA Bill AB362 requires Ammunition Background Checks; first of its kind in the nation.

I know that this bill is in CA, and I know that CA's tough anti-gun legislation has not become the standard for the nation,

BUT,

we should pay attention to this bill because it very well could become a new tactic for use by the anti's to strip your rights.

Pay special attention to the nature of this bill:
-ID required for all handgun ammo purchases
-This bill bans internet sales (so now you not only have no anonymity, you'll have a harder time saving $$$ by buying in bulk).

Pay special attention to this part:

all handgun-ammunition buyers would have to provide identification to sellers, who would pass the information to the state. The Justice Department would run background checks and notify local law enforcement agencies if a felon or underage person purchased bullets.

this is complete bull glad that we live in PA and not their. I hope the brazen senators dont find it in their porwe to try and pass it ehre in this state it would never fly wiht the voters. becides criminals can still have means to aquire to get guns and ammo they use in crimes. Theirfore it makes it harder for us to purchase guns and easier for the criminals to use and aquire them.

All this will just make it easier for them to come and take the guns once Hilary is in office.

Wouldn't want to actually punish the criminals or anything.

Heck the Mayor of Harrisburg can not even take responsibility for the crime in his city, he is trying to say all the crime is from outsiders.
