Exactly and that's why I don't think this map is representative of anything relating to Gun Control.

There are tons of pro-gun Dems. Lots of pro-gun control Republicans.

I'll be the first to admit I voted Kerry and I'm proud of it. When it comes between Bush and anyone, including the Anti-Christ, I'll proudly vote for the other color. No President has curbed, hacked and destroyed Civil Liberties more than this President. He may not have taken your guns but he's made it a lot easier to do so.

bush did not let the assault rifle ban sunset. congress did.

bush stated that if congress had sent it to him, he would have signed it.

don't give him credit he is not due.

skerry would not have been able to renew the ban either, since it never made it to the president's desk (not that i am any fan of skerry, but that's just the way it works).

BUSH USED THAT STATEMENT TO UNITE THE REPUBLICAN SENATORS.. HE SAID IF THE SENATE SENT IT TO HIM HE WOULD SIGN IT. THIS WAS SO THERE WOULD HAVE TO BE NO VETO FORCEING THE SENATORS TO TAKE A PARTY STAND. 52 47 ON THE VOTE. KERRY/ GORE YEA TO EXTEND IT TEN MORE YEARS.

While I am a Bush supporter, I do not agree with everything he has done.

One thing I like that he has done is a nice little leaked program he gave NSA the power to enact. I like the fact that they can listen in on conversations that a suspected terrorist suspect has. I have nothing to hide, and I am not a terrorist.

I don't like his policy on illegal immigration. I think illegal immigration is just that, illegal, and we should stomp those who come here illegally back to where they came from.

Between Bush and Mr. Heinz, I will vote Bush a thousand times. Between anyone the Republicans can throw and Hillary or Obama, I will vote Republican in a heart beat every day of the week, and twice on Sunday.
