You obviously don't know how things work if you really believe that. Bush made sure that the bill never made it to his desk with backroom deals. Of course he had to sound moderate by saying that he's sign it if it came across his desk.

Yes, Bush is an asshat in a lot of ways, but he's on our side on this one issue.

I always have something to hide. If for no other reason than my right to hide it until due process forces me not to.

There's a whole lot more criteria than just being a suspected terrorist. The last I looked, it is still classified till like 2032 or some year when I will not remember any of it.

It's not that I have nothing to hide, I just don't try to hide anything.

With whomever is in office next, it's a whole new ballgame. I have not been able to foretell the future, because unfortunately, the crystal ball they issued me has been turned in for maintenance.
