Damaged postage stamps?
I have some unused US Post Office stamps that got damaged and went to the PO and asked if they would replace them...and the clerk said no.
I could swear that they had done this for me years ago and she even asked another clerk who also said no, they do not replace damaged stamps and never have  Does anybody remember that they did this? Or am I  ?  It's not that big of deal and I had to go to the PO anyway and just thought I'd ask while I was there.
