Default Firing pin damaged... but is it broken?

I went shooting Saturday, put about 80 rounds through my Bersa Thunder 380. However when I got home and broke down the gun for cleaning I dicovered where hammer hits the firing pin there was a small piece missing. Or it is just crooked... but I can't find pics of a good one to tell. See pics (Large files)...

This gun is fairly new as there are probably only 300 rounds or so through it and I bought it March 3rd. What needs to be done to fix this? And is it really damaged?

I looked at my wifes firestorm, and its entirely different, is yours the Bersa Concealed Carry, or the standard .380?

Nothing wrong with your Bersa. I have the same pistol and it's the exact same way. I thought it looked weird when I bought it but she sure does shoot nicely

if you have ANY doubt, replace it.
a damaged FP can cause all sorts of problems, depending on the fire arms it's self, from a FTF to an accidental discharge,
take no chances.

Bersa parts are cheap, if you think it's bad, replace it.

Really? Actually the more I look at it the more it looks like it's just rotated a little.

Mine has the same "crooked" look about it. Yeah, I know, it looks like half of it broke off and it roated partially from how it is "supposed" to be but it's fine.
