Basically I'm a "keeper", but once in a while I'll trade a piece for something "better" or different. For example I have a Clark Hardball Colt Series 80 .45 ACP that I've learned to hate, that I'd trade for a Clark Series 70 or maybe a Colt Commander, and a Rossi M720 in .44 Special (love that caliber and don't ya know right after I bought the Rossi S&W came out with a .44 Special "Mountain Gun"). Come to think of it there's also this Pre-ban Glock Mod 19 that gets used rarely that could be replaced by a (Belgian) Browning Hi-Power.

I'm a keeper thus far.

Even the F.I. Model D (.380) that was my first carry gun and now serves no real purpose, has a happy home for as long as it wants to stay. (It's probably the only one I'd part with if an offer were made.)

It takes time for me to save up to buy one, and when I do, I appreciate having it.

I bought a total of 4 firearms, and one time I traded one of the guns and used it towards the purchase of a more expensive gun.

After a while I started missing the gun that I traded, so I went back to the gun shop and bought it back.

Now I'm living happily ever after! He, he, he.

Definitely a keeper.

My brother and I went halves on rifle when we were 14 and 16. A couple years later he wanted his half of the bread, which I didn't have and we sold it. Sure wouldn't mind having that rifle around.

My advice, never part with anything you don't have to.

I was the kind who kept everything. I've never been a seller until now. Having a Mosin is really making me consider selling.

I must admit...I have a very tough time selling any guns, even if I haven't shot them in years...

Guess I'm a keeper!

I'm definately a keeper. I have yet to sell any of my guns, the only one I would part with is my remmington 522 viper. My Marlin mod. 60 is a much better semi-auto .22.
