Forgot to post.....
I received the return receipt for the latest application (different pavilion, updated price). It was signed for on February 4th. Based on previous pattern, I expect it will be at least another week, possibly two, before I hear anything.

GREAT NEWS.. glad to hear that the picnic is a "GO".... should make sure that we get some "news" people involved also....
Again I work until 3:15 but will come over RIGHT after that... hopefully this time there wont be a 35 degree downpour like last time. Again CONGRATS... and lets get tons of people there.... should be a good time like all the others
