There are several issues that are deserving of our focus. I'm up for directing attention toward all that deserve it.

Agreed, maybe not all at once but if we can keep up this kind of pressure and keep knocking off these issues one by one that would be outstanding. So many things to accomplish and so little time. Good thing our gov't moves SLOW...

I have some good news. My neighbor is good friends with a lady that works in Sen. Baker's office. HB760 will not be passed. Now, I cannot confirm this directly from this person but I have known my neighbor for a few years now and he is on the up and up. I have no reason not to believe his report.

HB 760 is probably part of a bait-n-switch scam. They propose a draconian registration scheme now with the full knowlege that it'll never pass, only to look more reasonable the next time they introduce a slightly less restrictive bill.
Wash, rinse, repeat - remember all the attempted Assault Weapons Ban reauthorization bills?

The pen will always be mightier then the sword. I do believe that these politicians will start learning when they don't get re-elected for another term. Don't forget the names of the crooks, that are proposing these bills, at voting time!

If I remember correctly there are four names attached to this thing. Perhaps we could start a PAC go after the one that is most vunerable. even if that means backing another Dem. at least pick one that is pro gun.
Rather than go after all of them just pick one that stands the best chance of being knocked off. I'm sure the message will be heard.

Why is it that these twits are always from the Philly area? Thankfully my state represenative Merle Phillips along with the neigboring district represenative Russ Fairchild came out against this before anyone pressured them- these are good people who believe in our rights! What we need to do,not only writing our legislaters telling them our feelings about these laws, but when they stand up for us we need to contact them and thank them for their efforts. Let them know they are appreciated. We can all make a differance by doing this. I am so glad to see everyone standing up and standing together on this,I don't feel quite so alone in the fight for our rights!

also their voters are killing each other off and it makes it harder for them to get reelected with less voters because it is getting harder to stuff the ballot box these days
