Default House Bill 760 - Every gun in PA registered!

Pa House Bill 760, the Firearms Registration Act, has been proposed. It seeks registration of EVERY gun in PA, at $10/gun per year, with discrecion of who may own guns given to the PA State Police. If they deny your application, they confiscate the gun in question. No grandfathering, no handing down guns from parents to children, no private sales, no CCW, no exceptions.
