Action alert on HB2011 regarding Pre-Emption

Rep Mike Turzai has committed to move HB 2011. This bill strengthens pre-emption by providing for standing and compensation of expenses in the event a local law needs to be challenged that conflicts with State gun laws. Corbett said he will sign if it is put on his desk in the remaining 11 days left to the legislative session.

Default New Hi-Point C9 Pistol Grips

Okay, I screwed up. I painted my C9's pistol grips, which looked nice initially, but the Krylon plastic paint didn't like wear-and-tear.

I e-mailed Hi-Point, inquiring about the cost of replacement grips, and they insisted on mailing me a replacement set for free. When I again asked about the cost, their response was, "Happy Holidays, Henry"

Just for that I'm going to get another C9 - for my wife.

Question Re: New Hi-Point C9 Pistol Grips

I had a 9mm Hi-Point a few years back & it jammed a lot. I take it that they've made improvements since then.

Glad to hear you had a good customer service experience with Hi-Point...

Good for you on getting another C9 for your wife. Way to support a small American firearms company. Reward the ones that are good and screw the rest...
