Positive experiences with two gun manufacturers
In the last week, I've taken care of a few items with my guns that needed taking care of. For my CZ 452, I needed to get the magazine looked at (small defect, no cost beyond shipping out there). For my Browning Buckmark, I needed a new recoil spring retaining ring (my fault, small cost). I called both companies and was easily able to navigate their phone trees to get to the right folks. I was able to speak to a human at CZ almost instantaneously and at Browning in under a minute. The folks I dealt with were friendly and seemed happy to help me out. Both turned around my requests rapidly, and I should have the results of those requests tomorrow.
I've spoken at length about both guns in the past, so it should be clear that I like the equipment. On the customer service front, CZ and Browning both get a +1 in my book.
